Kenya Mission

We are currently in the middle of setting up a great adventure for you in Kenya. Whether you wind up living in the mountains, the rift valley, or the urban slums, we can promise you this: you will be surrounded by people who are warm, engaging, and hungry for the Truth of Christ.

In a nation that is home to the largest slum in the entire continent of Africa, you will encounter extreme poverty, desperate circumstances, and dark hopelessness. But in the midst of a nation torn by the recent civil war, terrorist attacks, and political uprisings, you will find that the spark of Hope burns brightly in this place. People are desperate for that spark of Hope. You will see it in the eyes of a ragged little boy as you hand him the first piece of bread he has eaten in a week. You will see it in the face of the grieving mother who just lost her baby to a treatable and curable illness. You will hear it in the voice of a man struggling to support his family as you walk down a dusty road beside him. You carry this spark of hope in your heart, and the Holy Spirit will fan the flame and use you to bring His fire to the nation of Kenya.

Come on this trip not expecting to see a hut, not expecting to see a slum, and not expecting to see an elephant or a lion. Come on this trip expecting only one thing: that the hope of Jesus Christ that lives in you will spread to those who are so desperate for it and when you leave Kenya, both you and the people you encounter there will never be the same.
